Service Solutions are dependent on our client's individual needs and may include all or part of the following:
- Proactive Technology Management with centralized services for security, patch management, anti-spyware and malware management, spam management, desktop and laptop optimization, documentation, email management, voice services and data backup administration
- Network Administration via a dedicated network administrator for a technology checklist, best practices and a centralized service report review
- Technology Consulting with one of our dedicated Technology Account Manager regularly scheduled Onsite Visits
- Support Services through Kismet's internal Client Help Desk Team, on-site support, problem identification and resolution, knowledge base, client portal and mobility support
- Kismet's fixed-fee services are predictable and scalable as an organization grows or its needs change.
